Going out!

Well, for any of you that live in the Atlanta, GA area and listen to 99x, I was picked today to join one of the VIP ladies to the singles party this weekend. I am also allowed to bring one friend so I chose John because I know that he will definatley help make the VIP section a party, and he could use a night out and a chance to meet some single ladies. I'm going to be rocking out the place and loving it... but until then, I have 5 days to get ready, and belive me, I WILL be spending those 5 days wisely.

Back from my vacation.

I took last week off from work and my fast, and it felt great. A general rule that I try to follow for fasting is that for every day that you fast you follow it with an equal number of days not fasting. So since I fasted for 10 days, I took that much time off, but now its back to fruit.

My vacation was very uneventful which was just how I planned it. I wanted to do as little as possible and thats exactly what I did.

Over the weekend, Dana and Billy go tback into town and moved into their new rented house. After moving some stuff in, we headed up to Tennessee and had some fun. Upon returning, I headed over to my buddy Dan's house and partied all night and into the next day.

For the past week I have toyed with the idea of making a DND character and finding a group to play with, but I don't know if I want to go through the troble or not. Maybe I'll run into some hot chicks that just so happen to love RPG's and need a guys perspective on character advancement... yeah right... that's every geeks dream. I'll just have to really on my dashing good looks and amazing charm... and the fact that I have my own car,an income, and don't live with my parents. Take that geeks! crit FTW!

I should be at home right now but I'm stuck at work. Someone called in and I was needed to fill in at Hole in the Wall Medical Center at their Middle 'O Nowhere branch. I've gotten one phone call and 2 faxes all day and the only person to knock on my door had walked to the wrong office and was looking for someone else... sigh...the stresses of such a fast paced job. What could I ever do to unwind with so much going on at work today...? Sleep seems to work, and updating my blog.

Maybe I'll create a DND char and then start a blog around his adventures...or something.

later

Day 6

Well, all went well with the healing crisis. I've seen worse, but this one went quickly. Just some mild headache and fuzzy concientration. I got home, had a few ounces of fresh grape juice, watched a dvd, then got ready for bed. It was 7:30pm when I decided to hit the bed when a friend of mine called me. She has made a New Years resolution to lose weight, too. We talked about a few upcoming events and then about our goals for our diets. She has some wonderful goals and a good plan to go about reaching them. I've offered to help by sharing a fitness routine with her because it is always easier to work out with a buddy than by yourself. We will be doing Wuji Gong sessions in the evening because it is a great excerise that anyone of any age and body type can do and the results are absolutely AMAZING. I went to bed at around 8pm and slept great. I woke up refreshed and felling better than I had in months.

Healing Crisis

Its only been a few hours since my last post but it finally happened. I am starting my healing crisis. A healing crisis is when, after the body has been given time to heal such as through fasting, the whole body makes a full scall collective effort to push unwanted pollutants out of the body. The push starts in the digestive track and enters the bloodstream. From the bloodstream, the push goes through the heart, up to the brain, back down through the heart and lungs, through all the other middle organs of the body and then back to the intestines and kidneys, grabbing everything along the way that isn't or shouldn't be a natural part of the body, such as fat, cholestoral, and toxins that may be in your body from your environment. This push is definately deserving of the name healing CRISIS becuase when it hits, you know it. Its like sprinting down a football field. While it is going on, you feel worse and worse until it is over then you feel better than you did before. Currently, I have a slight headache and my concientration is a little fuzzy, my stomache ,which is empty, is also a little unhappy. That would be because once the push comes full circle and it has grabed what it can from your bloodstream and organs and hits the intestines and kidneys, the push HAS to go SOMEWHERE, and you can guess what happenes next...ok, I'll say it... out. The push has to get out of the body taking everything unnatural with it. During the process, you can exprience symptoms simular to a cold, but you are not sick, your body is moving all that stuff around inside. When your done, you feel like a million bucks and can take on the world. Now mind you, you don't experience just one healing crisis. They occur on a regular cycle but are much better after the first. "Why more than one?" Because your body can't get rid of everything at once, and you are always taking in new toxins. "What kind of toxins?" Well, everything from pesticides, to aluminum, to jet fuel...yep I said jet fuel. Did you know that of the many women who had there breast milk tested for impurities in one study, almost 100% of them had trace amounts of jet fuel in their breast milk? "How?" Well, what flies over your head everyday, 24 hours a day? Jets, and that long cloud they make behind them? Burned jet fuel colliding with the atmosphere. That residue drifts to the ground through the air we breath and drifts into clouds, mixing with rain, and entering water supplies. Think about that, and maybe it will take your mind off how bad that whole "healing crisis" thing sounded earlier.
Take care,

A brand new day!

I must start by givng credit to my friend. She is the one that inspired me to start a blog.
http://mylerna.blogspot.com/
I'll have time to go into detail about my self later so lets start with today and as things go forward, I will also go back. I am on day 5 of my fast (Yes, I fast, i.e, not eating) and I feel great. I am roughly following "The Mucusless Diet System" which can be searched for online to learn more. I started at the begining of the new year at 257 lbs and am now at 247 lbs 5 days later. I plan on continuing my fast for 4 months, in which time I plan to be 175 lbs and in amazing physical shape. "How can you fast that long?" one may ask, well I do consume fresh juices from fruits, not store bought juice, and I take a few vital supplements. The main idea is avoiding solid foods as much as possible and even then, eating only fruits. Some, in fact most, people would think this is crazy but, I'll go on a crusade about that whole thing later. What you need to know is that I did it 2 years ago for 3 months and went from 250 lbs to 185 lbs and felt great. This time I plan on it being permanent. If you follow my blog, which I may or may not update regularly, you will come to learn more about me and why I am doing this. Believe me, it will either amaze or flabergast you, but either way it will be a good read. Until later, enjoy your day.
