It sucks but you get what you deserve

So the other night,at one of the stores I was working at(mind you in a not so....honest area of bufford highway), this lady pulls up in the middle of the night, pumps her gas then leaves her car running at the pump and walks inside. as soon as she gets to the door, someone runs to her car, jumps in and drives off with her car.
She was histerical. she wanted us to call the police, which we did but when she was asked about her car, she didn't know her own plate number. The cops can't really do much without a plate number so she had to call someone else to try to figure out her own plate number which gave the crook a good hour to get away. Downtown Atlanta at Bufford Hwy at 2 AM is NOT the place to leave an unlocked car running with a full tank of gas.

Know a few basic things about yourself and your personal propety, and for goodness sake, if you go somewhere in a shady part of town in the middle of the night, lock your car... better yet, just don't go. Just go home and go somewhere decent in the daylight.
