tough nights.

I have been experimenting with sleep cycles to see what I could get away with and still be refreshed for work. The good 'ol 8 hours before work tends to be the best but I've tried 4 hours down then do stuff then 4 hours down again. Not as cool but It will do in a pinch. Everything else.....sucks.

REM sleep is important for the brain. Your REM intensity builds up at certain points in the sleep cycle. Somewhere around 7 1/4 to 7 3/4 is the best REM.

However, Tommas Eddison took powernaps instead of long sleep, and he turned out just fine. :-)
